Team Meal Before Substate Game

The parents again put together a team meal for the players and coaches Monday night before the substate game.  The walking tacos, fruit, and bars were delicious and much appreciated!

Spaghetti - Team Meal

Thanks to the parents of Nile, Henry, Naeem, and Micah the team enjoyed a hearty spaghetti dinner after the Thursday practice before our district game.

Wings and Bowling

Sunday evening, February 21 the City High Team enjoyed wings at the Vine (again!) and then went bowling.  Coach Showalter was the high bowler for the night with Jared close behind.  Coach Show commented that the players are much better basketball players than bowlers.  A good time was had by all.

600 Career Wins for Coach Showalter

Coach Showalter wins his 600th career game as a head coach with the victory over Dubuque Senior on Tuesday, February 16 on senior recognition night.
